Travel by sunset
It wasn't until someone asked in a recent trip what was the best sunset we had seen that I thought about it a bit more. These are some of my favourite sunset spots:

I love sunsets. My favorite have to be those in southern Africa with a G&T in hand. There is just something about the combination of the sun going down over the African savannah and alcohol that's unbeatable (IMHO). I definitely need to get to some of the places on your list though.
